These old Army buildings at Midland Air Terminal are interesting. Rosamond Roberson worked at the Post Office Substation there. I doubt it was 1946 though. I know she was there in the late 1950’s. My friend Frank Montagna and I rode our bicycles across the runway when we went to visit her sons. Lol! That air traffic controller sure was mad! They moved some old barracks downtown behind the Western Clinic Hospital at 308 N Colorado. I may have been born in one of them. Ahhh, you can have most of those “good old days” .

I used to walk from Sprayberry Drive to Terminal hunting jackrabbits. Good old days.

Yep Rosemary Robinson worked for my mother who was the postmaster until they closed the post office in Terminal Texas. Lots of fun out there. I just came from Bill Godwin’s funeral last Wednesday. What a good bye with lots of Midland classmates of WIG were present.
